What is "TopperFella"?

TopperFella as it exists today started on November 10, 2023 with a few GrayFellas being distributed daily in Jody Richards Hall, Downing Student Union, and the Commons. Initially the goal was to determine the feasibility of growing a social media page using only physical collectible advertisements and word of mouth, and to see if anyone would care about this peculiar little Fella.
